Oroko Radio

Oroko Radio is an independent, non-profit internet radio station based in Accra, Ghana, founded in the winter of 2021 by DJs Kikelomo and Nico Adomako. Oroko is all about deconstructing the narrative of African and diasporic artist communities and presenting them in new ways, networking with like-minded projects on a global level along the way. The goal is to connect, inspire and strengthen through dialogue, collaboration and a sense of solidarity. For their showcase at Säule, they've invited residents Nala Brown, Fiyahdred, Dekkapa and Moneyama to represent the Oroko collective.
