Klubnacht

Based in Munich, Lindsey Wang aka Polygonia is a multidisciplinary artist who balances electro-acoustic jazz with hypnotic techno. As resident DJ of Blitz Club, she has made a name for herself in recent years with her organic sound design, which is constantly in motion yet both precise and delicate. The classically trained musician recently released the excellent mini-album Dermatology in collaboration with Rrose, which is infused with psychoactive drones, complex polyrhythms and relentless modulations. For a good 25 years, Copenhagen's Kasper Bjørke has been producing sounds that are catchy in the best sense of the word, meandering from rave rock to disco to house and techno, having released on labels such as Live At Robert Johnson, Mule Musiq and HFN. On his latest album Puzzles – a love letter to the sound of early 00s New York – he combines disco-influenced instrumentation with elements of 80s funk, jazz and radio-friendly pop songwriting. Polygonia and Kaspar Bjørke will be playing at this edition of Klubnacht at Berghain and Panorama Bar, respectively.
